I had 11 am appointment. Changed because tire wasn’t there. I was not notified and The only reason I knew was I called. I was called when tire came in. I came right in and waited. I went for a walk to get some fresh air. When I came back about 45 minutes later my car was still sitting where I left it. Need I say more.

The worst service I ever received from your service department in the 20 years I have been a customer. I buy all my cars from Chris Delpache with a excellent professional work but the same cannot be said from the service person I dealt with today. I was rushed and pushed out the door with no paper work and no resolve with my issue. Very disappointed. The persons name is David ( service representative) .
My appointment was at 12:30 today ( Monday)
