No need to contact. Dave did what he could but the service center did not have a front license plate bracket that we need in Maryland. I ordered one off of the internet and I will install. I am disappointed that your service center did not have the parts that I needed but even Babe Ruth struck out.

Very poor communications. Dropped car off at 9:00 am and at 4:00 pm texted, “is my car ready to pick up’”, no response so I called and was informed service work was completed. With all the communications technology available you could have done much better.
