Dave has been an excellent representation of Toyota World Service Dept. He explains everything step by step and I never feel rushed . All my questions are answered. A couple of months ago I had problems with my old car and he help me through that. I ended up trading that car and buying a new one. Dave saw me through The Whole process . I will continue to come back to TW because of the good service.

I was directed to Brian at station 10 to collect my car. I walked down to station 10. No one was there. There was someone at 9 and 11. I stood at station 10 for a good five minutes waiting for Brian to show up at his station. Neither man at 9 or 11 acknowledged me in any way. I finally heard someone call out to “Brian.” The man at station 9 answered. I literally took two steps to the left. “are you Brian?”
Yes. I was literally two steps away. Waiting. Waiting. Seriously? No one thought to ask if they could help me? It didn’t occur to Brian I might be waiting for him? Come on.
