Second time working with Dave, he also assisted me with my 10k service. He goes above and beyond explaining services, wait times, and follow-up after the service is complete. I also feel that he is understanding of me waiting vs. dropping the vehicle off. Both times he has checked in with me while I'm waiting and given me updates, keeping me "in-the-know".
