I was shocked to see white bumps of something white all over my beautiful brand new nautical blue 2020 4Runner after a recent trip. First, I drove the vehicle to Newark Toyota World Service today and was told that their car wash was broken and told it needed to be buffed and set up an appointment. As I was leaving service I decided to see if I could get the 4Runner washed at Newark Toyota World Sales. I was upset when I drove to the Toyota sales and was immediately calmed by the pleasant staff and professional management.
I had purchased the insurance on the paint and hoped that it wall comes off. I would like to especially thank the sales manager. She was extremely caring and she had my car washed and made a call over to service.

I was there for 2.5 hours for a 5k service appointment. No one told me it would be more than 45 minutes and no one came and told me about delays. I had to ask after I saw my vehicle wasnt even on the lift until almost 90 minutes after I arrived. If I knew when I came in for my appt that they would be short staffed and it would have taken 2.5 hours, I would have rescheduled.
