I mentioned to Fred that I expected to receive from tire rotation since I purchased a set of tires from & had them installed by Newark Toyota World. Upon reviewing my paid receipt as I was leaving, I discovered that I had been charged for the tire rotation which have been free of charge. When I brought the error to Fred's attention he tried to blame me for not telling him about the free tire rotation on my car since I bought a set of tires from Newark Toyota World.
Rather than trying to blame me for not telling him about the free tire rotation as I tried to do so, I repeatedly told him I was trying to solve the problem & not to place blame for the mix-up until finally something clicked inside his head & he corrected the mistake which solved the problem.
