As it was my first time to have my vehicle serviced, I was disappointed with the communication and process. I waited to be acknowledged by the staff and my questions were not answered- so I had to get back in line and start the service process all over again. Then I was told to use a code to go get a car wash - but when I drove around, I was told the car wash was out of service. Overall, With better communication it could’ve been so much better than it was.
