All I really wanted to know was if my current warranty would cover a heated seat. Dave told me the only way they could tell me that was if they ran a diagnostic test which cost me $120 because Dave gave me a nice discount of $19. But I am not satisfied! I believe you should be able to tell me that the only thing that's covered under that warranty was my drivetrain. Without charging me a hundred and some dollars to find that out. I may never buy another Toyota as long as I live
