I give my highlander as completely working condition every thing was excellent your agent call me and that one of the windows got lose when technicians took for test drive I was shocked to hear about it when I give my highlander nothing was agent inspect the and except it for oil service he call me and informed one of my windows is lose I told him when I give my truck it was fine he told technician informed they refused to fix it I am very disappointed
