On my inspection report it stated that the tech. "filled" My washer fluid reservoir and the day after my service my washer fluid light came on I checked it it was low I poured the entire gallon into the reservoir since you didn't put any in and stated in the report that you did I'm wondering what else you didn't do that you said you did?

I paid $280 for a battery. $100 more than what was quoted at other places but was desperate. Felt vulnerable and desperate (taken advantage of.) I think if you still have warranty on your vehicle you should not have to pay a battery install fee. There was broken glass in my floor board and greasy finger prints on my door.

Took car to check low beam driver side headlight for the 3rd time. During this, I had watched that my car was left on for more than 20 minutes resulting in a dead battery that had to be jump started. I walked outside since I was seeing this happening from the window inside while waiting. Two men working on my vehicle saw me and were talking amongst each other while laughing which I think is unprofessional. Just wish they would be more attentive to vehicles being worked on and not make their female drivers even more uncomfortable about taking their vehicle in to have it looked at.

I expected to have my vehicle to be in the service department for at least a couple of days while awaiting parts or something else. Got a call the day after the vehicle was dropped off, that the vehicle was ready for me to pick up. Very very satisfied with the service.

Matthew was very nice. The young man I talked to when I came in asking about the recall checked it and said they’d have to order the replacement part which was fine. The problem was I thought someone would contact me and say it was in. About 6 weeks later I stopped by to check and it was there with no notification. It got changed and that’s fine, just thought I would be notified when it came in.
