My service sheet says that a different grade of oil was provided in my oil change than what my vehicle should have. After contacting my sales rep to check in it, I was told that the correct oil was put in my vehicle because they do not carry the grade that was placed in and it was a code error in my service sheet. I am trusting that this was the case but I will be keeping my service sheet and if anything goes wrong with my engine or anything else that has to do with the oil being incorrect, I expect Star Hyundai to pay for the repairs and rental and make it right, or replace the vehicle at same purchase value and quality.
