About 4 yrs ago i needed a oil change on this truck and they made me make a reservation a wk out and i did. It was for friday morning at 8:00. We had plans for it that afternoon to go out of town at 4 o’clock i told them my appointment was at 8 and i have to have it and service manager told me with a real smart attitude that 8:00 was the drop off time it wasnt the time the work was to b done.0

Samantha was great. Whoever did the maintenance work on the other hand did not have the same professionalism. There were grease hand prints all around and on the side of my truck. I have no problem with it getting dirty but at least have the decency to attempt to wipe them off. Been do business with dealerships and this was well below par. But then again that seems acceptable out here in west Texas. Maybe I expect to much but was extremely disappointed in the carelessness or maybe more the lack of caring.
