My only issue I had with my visit was that my welcome from Samantha was not very welcoming. She started in on that she was the only person working and there were 2 cars already ahead of me. I understand stress and being overwhelmed but that is not way to do customer service and a way to welcome your customers. The way she talked I was ready to turn around, walk out and get my oil change elsewhere. Other than the experience with her was well and the car was done sooner than what she told me. I was happy about that.
