I understand inflation has hit everything, but $550 for an oil and fuel filter change is out of line and I will not be back. My truck warranty has expired and I can do the service myself for about $200. That being said. The service department did great and was very nice on my visit today

I have to take my vehicle to another dealer because of your incompetence.
You clearly didn’t want to work on it. I personally believe you don’t even have anyone qualified to as you told me you just hired two new mechanics.
You told warranty false information about my vehicle and then add a bill to fix it that is more than the vehicle is even worth. You ask me about your service manager Samatha. I have six kids and all of them together never lied to me as much as she did. It’s clearly sorry times right now that we live in but you guys just confirmed it all that much more.

Fractured passenger window..couldn’t get it fixed because tech was in class and couldn’t look , inspect it so will have to make another appointment with dealer to get it inspected and then go back to get the passenger side window fixed. Also something with the back seat ! I live 45 miles away in Snyder Tx. I was pleased with their explanation of said problems and want to get them fixed soon.

We dropped the truck off on a Tuesday, i called Wednesday and was told they are pulling the truck in the run the diagnostic i’ll know the next day. I called Thursday and was told word for word the same thing, they were just started the diagnostic and i should receive a phone call in the morning. I received an email around noon that the truck was ready in the 4 days my truck was there i never received any information on what was going on. I was happy with the work on the truck just not the process of getting it fixed.
