There was a lack of communication in the beginning until I started calling frequently. As I would call back for updates, there were times where I would be told something and then I would have to call the warranty company myself and would tell me that what I was told wasn’t right. I was also called the morning before I picked up my car and told my car was ready, an email was also sent and I was dropped off at the dealership 11 minutes only to be told I was not able to take my car which led to me having to find another ride home.
