The tire I had worked on is now missing a hub cap. It was there prior to service but to be honest I’m not sure if it was on when I left the service center or if it fell off shortly there after. Regardless it seems more than a coincidence that it’s the same tire that was worked on.

My concerns over missing a quart of oil after a consumption test was done on my Renegade were never addressed.. parts have never been in stock any time I’ve needed them.. even after a mechanic broke one while changing my tires last time..

Because it is a manufacturer defect plus I told them what the problem was before I got there and go figure they say the same thing. I’m glad I have to pay that much for someone to type a **** code into Google. Thanks but no more dodge vehicles for me ever. I see why I’m the last one in the county driving a dodge. I’m young and dumb and haven’t got **** in the **** by y’all yet. But now I have so see you later. And also, still waiting on a call from mopar. Hell of some customer service. Takes **** 3 day to make a decision. Absolutely ridiculous
