Let me start by saying Renee Page was great. She checked on me throughout the day and made sure I didn't need anything while my vehicle was getting serviced. She kept me well informed during the entire process.
One thing that was overlooked by the Technician was to return the items that were taken off the truck (tow hooks and tow hook bezels). I mentioned this to Renee and she quickly went and got the parts. Unfortunately unknown to Renee and myself the tow hook bushings were not returned. I did not think this would be an issue until I was unable to find replacement tow hook bushings online. Requesting the tow hook bushings to be sent via mail to my address in Snyder. ****-****-xxxx is my cell if we need to discuss. Thank you so much. Aaron M
