Don’t pay attention to names, don’t care to know the names. What I appreciate that I’m waited on in a timely manner, the lady takes care of necessary paperwork, takes my keys and I’m out of there. Communicates well, straight to the point, and she speaks very good English where I can understand her.
Never bought a unit from star dodge, but I will give them a five star on how they run there business in the service department

Made an appointment two weeks in advance. They had it all day, did not contact us. My husband picked it up, because absolutely nothing had been done. Sam, said the technician was to busy. I had called the Monday before to make sure it was alright to bring the car after 7:30 am. If they didn’t have time, she could have rescheduled my appointment for a better time. This was a complete waste of my time, and a great inconvenience.

I had my oil changed and there was old oil dripping on my driveway. I had to take my truck to the car wash to clean all the oil spilled I had my cabin filter changed and there was dirt all on the passenger side.
