The work on my car was fine as usual. I was bitterly disappointed at the lack of precautions taken in light of the Covid 19 pandemic. Not one employee wore a mask. I saw no measures taken to keep distance between customers. Again, extremely disappointed

I do want to comment regarding my surprise at finding none of the service team wearing masks or gloves. The pen I used to sign my service contract was cleaned before I used it, but that was the only noticeable precaution taken in my presence. The woman at the check out counter did have on a mask.
