The inspections and changing the wiper blades were done flawlessly, but my problem came during checkout. Everything appeared to go well, but then I got a call back from Trudy saying that the charge did not go through, so I had to give my mom’s credit card information 2 more times. Trudy told me to watch my credit card bill and make sure there were not multiple charges on there from Pappas. While I wouldn’t be concerned, if it were my card, but this is my elderly mother’s credit card and now I will have to be diligent about reminding her to look at her credit card statement. I don’t appreciate the added stress during these stressful times.
