Toyota was scheduled to come get my car at 20:30 am, and didnt arrive until 1:45 pm to take it. I worried they wouldn't have enough time to really evaluate the cause of the problem with my SUV the same day.
However, they did call later that day, explaining the cause. And the vehicle was brought back to me by 4 pm, so I guess I'm satisfied.
