I think David needs more training. When he called he said my car had been ready but he forgot to call. When I get there he didn't have the paperwork ready so I had to wait for that. I didn't get an apology for the time I waited. I Am a loyal customer but today I wished I went somewhere else.

Service prices are ridiculous and always have been. Ever since purchasing the car from your dealership, whenever service has been needed on the vehicle, your service department tends to break something more on my vehicle. Today, I was given a $3,000 price tag to fix the air conditioner on the vehicle. I will soon publicly begin to spread the word to stay away from Win Chevrolet. Privately, I will make sure those within my circle of friends refrain from doing business with such a horrible dealership with a proven track record of the worst service department known to man.

I was lied to. Mr Michael Ortiz said there would be no fee because a software update would be under warranty. On top of that he said I would get a call to confirm the work that would be done along with a quote and I never got that significant call. So I get a text saying my car is ready??? And I’m shocked. Then I go to pick it up thinking oh there was no call so must be no charge. Then I’m slammed with a bill of $185! I have no choice to pay how else am I going to get my car back??? It’s ridiculous then I go talk to the gentleman Mr. Ortiz and he lied to my face about it saying he told me blah blah blah.

My service Advisor was very pleasant and accommodating. He explained everything that needed to be done and what was done. He made sure my service was don as soon as possible. I explained my Daughter hade Eye Surgery and I needed to pick her up. The consideration he gave me and the service that was done was excellent. Germane was my advisor the first time
