I brought my car in for $1000 worth of repairs. While my car was being repaired, it was somehow dropped and the dealership broke the rack and pinion mechanism and my car had to stay an extra two days to be fixed for damage caused there. I was also given a rental but it was too small for the size of my family and we were stranded for those 2-3 days and we have three children. I also had a small crack in my windshield that was made larger and triple the size due my car being dropped. Also, when I called to speak to the service manager, he was very condescending and dismissive of my concerns and never did anything to help us. He was rude and the entire experience was terrible. We will also be leaving a yelp review and will report to the BBB. And we will never return!

Carl is a star! A Corvette guy for Corvette guys. Knows everything about the cars and the demeanor of the owners. Cares about us and our babies. This carries over to our daily drivers, in my case, my Equinox. Coupled with Al, the best tech I have ever worked with, and there is the reason for Win getting 5 new car sales and 100% of my service business for the past 11 years

When I scheduled my appointment for 7am, I made it known that I had a 9am appointment that I needed to get to. I was told that appointments are priority and I should be finished by 8:30am. Needless to say I missed my appointment because the technician did not start working on my car until 9:06am. Not a very happy customer.

The wait time was rather long. Up front nothing was conveyed as to how long the service would take, Mr. Guzman did communicate via text twice during my vehicle being serviced. This is not the first time this has happened to me , last year I spent 8hrs waiting for repairs, this is unacceptable and very frustrating. As a consumer I don’t plan to revisit your facility in the future. One last note with regards to repairs and service.... I went into your parts department to order a bumper piece last year never received a call regarding the part.... as if my request didn’t even matter. Finally, back to Monday’s service I left the facility only to discover after my oil change my oil life gauge wasn’t re-set minor however those small things affect the psyche of the consumer as if your business doesn’t matter.
