Car would not turn back on after it was turned off once I left , after 3 attempts it came back on . I then went back to win dealership to tell Michael. He informed me it was already to late and dealership was closing . I let him know car may not turn on and he said just call tow service if not . I feel a little more effort into helping out would of been nice .

I want to take the time to let the management team know that the level of professionalism and service demonstrated by Isidro was superb. He took the time to ensure that my vehicle was services not just quickly but correctly. Also, I want to let you know that Jimmy in Parts went above and beyond his duties by taking time to find the part I needed (condenser). Others kept telling me it was on back order yet he took the time to track it down instead of making me wait. Because of both of their efforts I will make sure to look at Win Chevrolet when in the market for a new car. Thank you for having these guys on your team!

Unfortunately, after owning a Chevy for over 10 years due to poor services and unsafe vehicle that we purchased, we will not be purchasing a Chevy again especially at Win. The last two years of owning a 2019 traverse with all the bells and whistles, was a nightmare. We are happy to know we will not be dealing with it anymore.

He was great. Very friendly and and approachable. What surprised me though was when the vehicle was finished I was charged for the service. When I purchased the vehicle I purchased the additional covered services. When I told him this his response was “I didn’t tell him”. I assumed that would be something you guys have access to and wasn’t aware your customers were suppose to mention this to the service clerk so they don’t get charged. Makes me wonder how many people have been charged when they shouldn’t have.

First thing that had me very unsatisfied is you had employees that were wearing their mask incorrectly. Nose and mouth should be covered. Starting with the manager which was a bad example. This made me very uncomfortable as I did not feel safe.
