I asked for a Carwash at the end, but even when I requested an additional service that increased my bill and wait time, nothing was done to it, not even a wipe down
This is the 2nd time this happens, not sure if it's WINs policy to not assist in this matter (even if I'm a paying customer!!)
Also, the bill I got said the car would be sanitized due to the new rules and I just don't see it
Thinking about hiring some other services at other dealer that I know will do this without even having to ask

The customer service was very rude and unprofessional. Your prices was extremely high for the work done on the HHR. You were definitely in violation of the law for not following the proper procedures. Your Manager Hermen Promised that the car was in great running condition and it will pass a smog the car was only in my possession for What? 48 hours and all I did was drove the car from Carson to Compton. If you check the millage you will knows that the car was not moved. When I tried to move the car the battery was dead and the key was stuck in the ignition after paying win Chevrolet over 2,200 dollars I'm not a happy camper
My car is presently in your possession I'm being told after being diagnosed the second time it's the radio and the visor lamp that's draining the battery. Note the car was brought in because the battery wouldn't hold a charge.
