I paid $170.00 to have the AC looked at because it wasn’t working. I was told that I needed a new compressor for an estimated $1100.00. I took it somewhere else and the AC started working. So I paid $170.00 for bad information. I almost spent $1100.00.. This was also the third time I brought my car in for overheating. I hope it is finally fixed.
I will not be back for more than an oil change.

I have been getting my truck serviced there since I purchased it. I have always received a discount for the services I have purchased. This time I did not and the service department person made me feel like I was getting screwed and there was nothing I could do about it. Also every time I have brought my trucks there it has always been washed before I picked it up. I understand this is a different time but customer service should never be compromised. After today I am seriously considering taking my truck to a different dealer for all services.
