They didn’t resolve all of my complaints.There is still a idle issue with the vehicle. I was informed that the noise I heard was normal when starting the vehicle .Who ever inspected the vehicle off the line didn’t do a good job. There were to many issues with the vehicle . For the guy that wrote up my complaint was excellent

My wife has a Toyota Camry and we took it to Toyota to get an oil change today. We also went to go take my Chevrolet Equinox to Win Chevrolet. It was the same day however, it only took 35 minutes for the service at Carson Toyota while it took 2 hours at Win Chevrolet just for an oil change. The service was good, but the waiting time was way too long. For the low amount of people there was at Win Chevrolet, I thought I would wait a short amount of time. Compared to the crowd there was at Toyota.
