Well for starters I waited almost half for my service advisor to take down my information or any service advisor once he came to me Mike was the advisor who helped me he gave an estimated waiting period of 2 hours I said ok so I waited there I waited 2 and a half hours and nothing not even an update on how my truck was coming along nothing so that 2 hour time frame he gave me turned out to be 4 hours the advisor didn't reach out until then a d the attitude that he had and all your advisers have is un acceptable
