It took 30 mins to get help with an appointment, and it took 35 mins to receive my card after they said it was ready. To add to that they didn't trust my air filter gauge on my dash board so in not even sure they changed it. Very poor professionalism. To conclude your customer service is to aggressive after you tell them no, they keep pushing for an up sale, did the same thing my last visit. Its not a good feeling when your made yo feel like like don't understand basic conversation.
