In past visits, I usually get more frequent text updates to notify me about my car. When I went to pick up my car, the paperwork was not completed. The service rep was not in for the day and the technician could not be found. So the manager had to get the foreman to reinspect my car and close the paperwork which was over an hour delay; after all, my car had already been at the dealership for 12 days. I'm sad to say, I do not believe this was the best service experience at Win Chevrolet.
