I was given an appointment to have my electronic key for my new car. I was provided two when I purchased my new car, but I purchased an additional one. After the third one arrived after purchase, I made a trip to the dealer to pick the electronic key. I was then told that I had to go to a different department to have it programmed. However, no one informed me that I needed to have an appointment to have it programmed. Therefore, I needed to make an additional trip to the dealer on another day. Someone in the Parts Department should have informed me that I would need an appointment to have it programmed. That way, I could have called before I came in to pick up the key until I had the appointment. Thus alleviating a wasted trip to the dealership. When I made the appointment, Jorge told me that it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete the programming. Instead, it took over 3 1/2 hours!!! I had to go to work! When asked several times why it was taking so long, Jorge kept telling me that, “Well we have so many cars and it’s going to take time.” He should have told me that when I initially made the appointment. That way, I would have made my appointment much earlier than 10:00 am, and allow ample time for me to get to work on time. Then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, after taking 3 1/2 hours, they never even cut the key for the electronic fob because the machine wasn’t working!! So, they wanted me to come back again to get the key cut!! Then they decided that they could just mail it to me, so no additional trip for me. However, a couple of days later, I had decided to check all three electronic keys to determine if they worked. One of them failed to work. I assumed that it was the one that I just purchased. I immediately called Jorge to inform him that the key that he had programmed in his Service Department did not work. He told me that he had personally checked it after the work was completed and it did, in fact, work. So it must have been one of the keys that was given to me when I purchased the car. (Oh God, not another problem from yet another department!!!). So then I told him not to mail the key to me, I would come back down there to pick it up because now I had to have this other key programmed!!! So, they program the key that the dealer gave me when I bought the car. After two hours of waiting, it is completed and I go to my car and I test all three keys. One of them doesn’t work! I March back into the Service Department. A manager approaches me because I guess he see the frustration on my face and realizes that I‘be been there for so long. I tell him my problem and we search for Jorge. Long story short: They were programming the key from one key, but they should have collected all three keys together to program all of them together at the same time. The key that was missing at the time of the programming would not work from that time on. I am disappointed with Jorge because he wasted my time by not providing me with a realistic time for the key programming appointment to take. This entire experwith Win Chevrolet has been an utter disappointment.

Everyone in that service center is extremely rude. Employees watching YouTube while you’re asking questions about your work order. Complaining about the coupon presented. No car wash. Absolutely the worst customer service!!! German Vasquez Jr. was so rude when we initially dropped off our truck for service that instead of trading in our equinox at WIN (which is where we got it, along with 3 other vehicles) we went to Harbor Chevrolet and got an amazing deal there with amazing customer service. That was definitely our last time setting foot at WIN Chevrolet.

Roger and the service team provided excellent service. He and the team were extremely professional, provided updates and the overall experience with WIN Chevy was topnotch. There was an issue with the car, but it was quickly resolved and my vehicle was back home in a timely manner. Roger kept me updated the entire time. Sticking to technicalities to deny a free service is the worst kind of service. When someone wants to warranty a product with my company and they are less than 30 days past the warranty period we go ahead and honor it. I guess the car industry,or WIN, is just different. However, he was "technically" right.
