Price was higher than quoted the day before by about $100. I wasn’t allowed to wait - many other dealerships have a waiting area. Otherwise the service, responsiveness and follow up was fine. The service rep, Gary, did an excellent job.

The only reason I said I was not completely satisfied with the service was because of a comment made about the service.
When I asked if my spare tire air had been checked I was told that they are not on trucks unless a customer asks for it.
That was disappointing because I travel a lot with my family and have never asked to have it checked.
What would have happened if I needed it to work on one of our travels.
That's why I am disappointed.
