I would like a little more detailed itemized bill and have it explained to me. I paid over $500 on good faith that WIN would provide service. For example...I agreed to fuel system change, but the invoice said cooling system?
The rest of the invoice is page after page of confusion. Next time I'll request a detailed rundown of the prices. Didn't know at the time that I'd needed to do this.

I called to make a appointment for a recall and the service dept said to arrive at 0700 hrs on sat 18 sept 2021. When I showed upon sat they said the part had to be ordered and sent me away. They asked me for my info which I provided and left. A week later I called to see what the hold up was and that’s when I realized that the service guy never ordered my part and disregarded my info and service request. I would fire that guy for sending my business away. Sounds like someone wants a paycheck but not the work it comes with. Very disappointed customer
