German provided his contact number and immediately responded to my text messages. He kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Candidly speaking, I have never received this type of prompt and efficient communication from any car service department. I am over 60 years old and was completely impressed. I didn’t get any feedback on what was done. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. I don’t believe the tires were rotated. They didn’t discuss any of the diagnostics or recommendations or concerns. When I used to come to Cormier they used to wash your car and tech would valet it up and you get in. They just parked my car and gave me key. Left the service number left on dash in my window. Really sad. The service details were not updated in computer system. So not updated in my app. Very low quality customer service in my eyes.

We asked you to wash the vehicle when we left it for service. We picked it up and it was not washed. I was told it was parked where it was not supposed to be washed. I was then asked if we wanted to wait for it to be washed, and you didn't know how long it would take. I declined.
