Gary was not very accurate with giving the right information , I took my car to get service and he made me sign for a fee with out knowing what was wrong with my car , I seen he busted a quick move of over charging me. This is happening when I’m still in line checking in , he did not mention a total. I have warranty , according to him it didn’t cover it . When he said he was going to call me within one hour to give me me details to approve it was already late . I’m very pissed off about that I wouldn’t want him to help me or anyone with service

Every time I’ve came to this dealership is been absolutely awful but my service with German was the absolute opposite experience! I came in without an appointment and no clue what was wrong with my car.
