I had an appointment at 1:30 pm. When I got there the gentleman outside checked me after I told him I had an appointment with German. He went inside to do the paperwork came out and told German was busy and that he would check me in. I can't rate German since the only interaction I had with him was a phone call to let me know my car was ready for pic up after I had already received a text tellingmethesame.
