I took my car in for a oil change and when I pick it up the check engine light was on. you guys try to say thats the way it was when I dropped it off but when I found the guy that drove my car to the back and asked him if the light was on when he took it to the back he said no but you guys still wouldn't take responsibility for it.

The reason for having a negative review is for being in the dealership for 3 to 4 hours for a oil change and rotating tire. The service writer wanted to give me a excessive reason on removing the wheel lock from my vehicle even thou the dealership has a master key. I used to work at a dealership. I know how to provide excellent service and being truthful to the fullest with my customers. The service that was provided this time make me think if I would come back to this dealership for another service. I’m additional, there was something wrong with the network of the credit card system that added 30 to 45 minutes of staying in the dealership. Maybe your dealership IT department should invest in the network and improve the network infrastructure to prevent latency and/or other IT related incident. Thank you for your time.

I had called about getting help with my car key. Was told the wait would be two hours. Win told me they didn’t have the key, directed me to another chevy dealership who i got the key they needed to do there job. Came back to win and left my car for 1 hour only to get another call from a random number and no voicemail. Called back 5 minimum later and Herman who was rude and not helpful told me that he didn’t know who called me and maybe it was roger and I’d have to wait for Roger but he went to lunch. Nothing was done to my car and once roger came back he called to say the we needed to get the key cut. Mind you it was the key fob and battery we needed to get fixed. No service was done yo my car 3 hours later, my whole day wasted on nothing. If they didn’t want to help service my car he should have said that.
