0700 appointment. No update until I called after 1100. Update was there was no update my truck had not been looked at. I was called back and told that the part my truck needed was in stock and I would be called back with an update as to when I could pick up my truck or leave until tomorrow. I called again at 1515 and was told they didn’t have time to fix my truck and asked that I bring back next week to fix. Forgot to mention today was my second visit already. Hard to understand how I had a 0700 appointment literally had the number 1 cone on my windshield yet my truck wasn’t even looked at for 4 hours. One day last , this week, and now next week I have to make arrangements to get my truck dropped off, picked up and get to where I need to be.
