The finance department has all of the signed documents we have not gotten any information on who the truck is being financed with, if you are having trouble with finding someone to finance the truck let us know and we will bring this truck back. It's very disappointing because we purchased a vehicle about 5 years ago and the customer service was outstanding a afro American female was one of your fiance manager.This has been a total nightmare. Very unsatisfied with the customer service that we have received.

I specific asked for my front seat belts get unlocked when I dropped off my car for service. When picked up the truck Carl stated that he forgot and to bring back another day. Seat belts are very important for safety and with work and the holidays I do not have time to keep coming back and forth for something that should have been done in one day.
