I don’t want to comment ???? I’m not very satisfied every time when I have service????

I received a coupon book, had multiple coupons. One was $29.99 for oil change up to 5 qts synthetic, and the other $39.99 including tire rotation. I made an morning appt for Sat morning, brought my Camaro in for just oil change. I was told by the tech it would be up to a 2 hour wait. That was a little unsettling when I made an appt, but I went ahead and said I would wait. The tech said none of my coupons would apply for my car, that was unsettling as well, but he said he would try and apply some discount going forward. So I said go ahead. So when he gave me the estimate it said $110 dollars, thats when I said enough. I told the service clerk thats way too high, I have never paid that much when I brought my car here. The most I ever paid was around $60. He then said my car may take up to 10 quarts. I said no, at most 5 quarts, its a Camaro not a truck. My Chevy 2500 only takes 8 quarts, so not sure where he came up with 10 quarts. The service clerk then said the $110 is just an estimate, it would probably be around $89 dollars depending on how much oil it takes. Thats when I said just cancel the oil change, how can a Chevy dealership not be able to give me an exact price on an simple oil change for a chevy car. My SS Camaro is in tip top shape with low miles. I just wanted a simple oil change with a fair price, and I did not get that. Brian W

You’re service Maneger was ****, he was very rude and was not helpful what’s so ever he **** at communicating with customer when the car was done, or if the part ever came, he has no right to be a Maneger you guys need to fire him and have another guy to take care of his spot he needs to be gone

I have gone to win several times and Elton has always been great. I wish he was still there. I had a HORRIBLE experience with roger and john smith. They told me they changed a spark plug but NOTHINg was done to the car. Worst experience at win. I won’t be going back. You just lost a loyal customer.
