I brought my car in. They took about an hour and a half to diagnose the problem. The part got ordered and I came back in. It’s now been over an hour and a half in the waiting room and I was told it would be 40 more minutes….to replace a sensors. It appeared that I was forgotten about. I have waiting 30 minutes at other dealerships for a similar repair. The wait time here is absurd and I will not be returning.

I tried to schedule these repairs but was told to just drop it off. You had the vehicle 2 1/2 days and the only thing done was the oil change. When I stopped by to check on the status I was told that parts were ordered for the main issue and for several recalls I was unaware of. However, the other two issues I mentioned had not even been looked at yet. I need transportation so I picked my truck up because there were no rentals avaiable. Was told I would get a call when the parts arrived and now I'm getting satisfaction surveys. I'm sure it was automatically generated by the closed oil change ticket but my issues are not yet resolved. I need to schedule these repairs so I can set aside the required number of days.

I was not at all happy with my service experience. I made numerous calls to check the status and was repeatedly told not yet. During one conversation, I was even told that I "could feel free to pick up my vehicle and take it somewhere else". Then after the original date for it to be looked at had passed, I still waited several days for any news. At that point i was advised that the battery was dead and that they could not attempt to diagnose anything without a new one. I contacted the service manager for further information. I had a new battery provided and was ultimately told my vehicle was too old and was referred to Ronnie Smith Transmission for actual diagnosis. Upon picking my vehicle up, the bill was incorrect according to what I had been told and on the receipt I noticed the original complaint was documented incorrectly.
