I am sure the car have electric problems you don't want to tell me, Batteries yes may be old but they will show when out, they didn't and so expensive? I just can't imagine but I can't do anything just looking for head quarter to discuss my situation before I post on facebook to make sure my followers and coworkers don't fall in that trap
$650 for batteries replacement and that's not Hernandez it's the company it's the dealership no the one agent

I had my windshield wipers continually running. I took it in to be serviced. I was told they would get a part to fix it. I was called and told to come in. On Monday July 19th I arrived at 745. I told the service department to change the oil while it was in. At 1230 I was told that the oil change was done. I had to wait until 330 pm to be told that they had gotten the part was wrong. They told me to come back the next day. I couldn’t so I came back on Friday. I got there early again. It wasn’t until 1045 they informed me again it was the wrong part. I was given a rental in which I was told I would be limited to 100 miles daily. My home is 75 miles away from the dealership. I was told not to worry about the mileage. I hope so because this was not my fault in any way. I was told to come back Saturday to pick up my truck. Yet again not fixed and yet again it was the wrong part. I then told them to put my truck together with the broken part because I have to return to work on Monday. I spent three days of my 7 day vacation waiting to get my truck fixed to no avail. For 28 years I have worked for the State of Texas In the criminal justice department. And my credit was good enough to buy a truck at any dealership in Texas. I chose star dodge. I feel as if I am being treated second class. I bought this brand new vehicle in good faith that my warranty would be honored. I am curious how y’all are going to make this right. And I await a valid response from you.
