Scheduled to come back next morning to replace part that was "instock". Took off work for morning repairs. Some work was completed but the part needing replaced was not instock. Said it would be in in 2 or 3 days. 10 days later, no call or note about the part arriving.

Kelly weeks is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I must of bugged her 20 times while my truck was in the shop. And she never got impatient or had an attitude. She answered all my questions and was very friendly. She's the reason I'll be coming back!!!

The car pulls to the left significantly and is almost dangerous to drive. This is unacceptable after an alignment. I am disappointed in the service provided by Star.

I was told several times I would be called back about a key fob and no one ever did. I used the online pay but it did not shorten my wait at the cashier. When I reported to service that I paid in advance I was told "You still have to go to the cashier." I am a first time customer I had no idea where the cashier was, I had to ask when the employee (not my service writer) pointed away from their desk in a gesture that appeared to me to be "get out of my office" not "that way to the cashier." I have not owned a Dodge since you took the bailout money. I hope next time the service will be exceptional $80 is a lot for an oil change, I needed to be wowed laying out that much money for a task I could have done at home for $25.
