Kelly was phenomenal. Of course she always is. We make a point of going to her. Johnny and all the others are awesome too. But Kelly is my go-to.

Randy lost my fob. Put it in packet to another customer. It was found When I went to pick it up the next day; there was no apology but for me to give him back the fob that was programmed for me (without laser cut key) because he was going to have to pay for it out of his pocket. Spoke with Service Manager and he deeply apologized and stated he would send fob (that Randy took from me) to my home address in Round Rock. Randy was, in my opinion, not wanting to accept the consequences of HIS mistake

Randy was a lifesaver! My serpentine belt broke and with me being out of town I was stranded. Randy not only arranged for my car to be fixed the next morning, but he also put me into a rental car... all in 20 minutes. I appreciate his willingness to help me so close to closing time.
