The wrong part was ordered for my Jeep even though you have all of its details on file. When we came to collect my car we waited 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us in the service area. Your customer service has a lot to be desired.

PS - I want to give your service Technician Tony some well deserved praise also. He found a very annoying “whistle” that was extremely difficult to diagnose. The Dodge house in Snyder TX couldn’t find it. ( I worked in Snyder for 2 months) or would have never taken it to them)
