It took over 2 hours to change a tire. Then they didn't even bother wiping the rim off when they got done doing the work. I'm driving around town with the wheel looking stained with a white chemical of some sort. Really disgusted with the whole experience. Hope I don't have to go back....and if 8 do need to, I will go to another Chrysler dealer out of town.

I will be calling later to speak to the service manager but this comment is more about the technicians than the advisor. I brought my Jeep in for service in August after experiencing temp running hot & losing AC on a trip. They found “nothing” wrong except low Freon? On a 6-yr old vehicle. Made 0 sense. Paid for Freon & dye check. Continued to have same exact issue from the minute we picked it up. Finally gave up and brought in this time & found faulty thermostat - the one replaced previously by dodge & was under warranty. Why was this not caught last time? And service advisor said radiator looked like trash & this was the one replaced by dodge still under warranty. Now I have doubt it’s even new! I paid for a new one. Frankly I have smelled radiator fluid since a warranty repair was done on oil cooler a couple years ago that we had to bring back after leaking. VERY DISSATISFIED with technicians. My Jeep leaves there more broken each time than it was when I brought it in & I feel like the shoddy repairs lead to future problems. I asked if Freon leak was even evaluated this time after they put dye in last time & I got “I’m sure it was”. DID YOU EVEN ASK THE TECH? So, I’m certain in 4 months when I need my AC I’ll probably be spending $2000 to replace the AC when I’m spending $500 to fix one part of it now. It’s how service had gone at this dealership and I’m weary. My Jeep is too new and too few miles to have THIS MANY issues. And we usually have had a repeat trip after each repair because it was not fixed or they forgot to reinstall something important - they even lost the engine covers once. I’m dreading picking it up for what I will find.
