I am satisfied with Kelly- she is great. I am However very disappointed in my vehicle and regret buying it. It only has 22000 miles and is already having issues- I have never had a vehicle have problems this early in ownership. They aren’t even able to fix my screen until the end of January when they have an update. I’m driving and it goes off- which makes adjusting the temp etc. impossible. I was Christmas shopping and the screen just went out- I could not use my backup camera (which is one of the reasons I bought the vehicle- I wanted a backup camera. Before I bought my Grand Cherokee
