It was my first time dealing with star dodge of Abilene, and I must say that they were very professional and very polite staff. I would like to especially thank Ms.kelly in the service department for helping me out on my dodge charger service, she truly came through for me, especially me being from Austin tx, and my charger breaking down on me at the last min in Abilene on a weekend she came through. And thank Mr.mike the service manager for guiding me in the right direction and schooling me about my car. Lol. Great staff.

Johnny did good he was very helpful- however he rode with me
to see the problem- it jumps like transmission problems.
He felt it as he was in the car with me.Then he had to leave for a family issue and they called me a few hours later- said they found nothing wrong with it.
My car is a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 Ltd with 21000 miles and I bought it in August so of course I expect no issues with it. There is clearly something wrong but I was blown off. I have never bought Jeep before and this makes me wonder if it was a good decision.
