Mikyla went above and beyond to make sure my experience with Star Dodge’s service department was nothing less than exceptional. The reason for my visit to Star Dodge’s service department was for a routine service, a recall on my Jeep and warranty work (LED headlight issue). Unbeknownst to me, the dealership I bought my Jeep from, failed to update the list of aftermarket Mopar parts that they added to my Jeep prior to my purchase. Because of that dealership’s mistake, the headlight issue was not covered under my warranty. What Star Dodge did next was unexpected, they took the monetary hit, ordered the new part and made sure my Jeep was safe to be back on the road. This type of customer service is a great example of a dealership who values their reputation, regardless if you bought from them or not! I will definitely be doing business with Star Doge of Abilene in the future.
