I have had nothing but trouble from the service department since purchasing my jeep. My experiences have included being told a part was in so I drive between an hour and an hour and a half and then sit and wait over an hour just to be told the part didn't arrive after all. This trip was to test and possibly replace the main battery and the auxiliary battery which she said would have to be ordered because they weren't in stock. I was in your waiting area over 4 hours total. She finally came and told me they got both batteries replaced and they were going to test drive it to make sure everything was working, after 39 to 45 minutes she comes back and says while they were test driving it, they figured out a sensor wasn't working properly and needed to be replaced also. I told her several times that I needed to leave because I live over an hour away and needed to get back to pick my kids up from school. I even asked if there was a rental I could use, as I have in the past, and she wouldn't even give me an answer. I ended up paying over $600 to get out of there, only after I told the cashier that this would probably be the last time I came to yall was I asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, and by that time I knew I would be cutting it too close to picking my kids up.
